As we continue our isolation, many people have started home workouts to ensure they maintain good fitness and wellness habits don’t just get thrown out the window. But, admittedly, creating our own routines (and sticking to them) can be difficult, especially if we want to mix things up, work on specific areas and generally stay motivated to even workout at all.
Thankfully, the wellness app, MINDBODY have shared a list of some of the best yoga and fitness studios who are providing users with free online classes. Straight from the app, users can find their ideal virtual workout studios for everything from Pilates, to HIIT, meditation, and yoga. Join in on live-streamed classes, get meal plans and tutorials all without having to leave the house. Sometimes to stay motivated, all we need is a little push.
