Exclusive Dr Michael Mosley Interview: The Fast 800 And Why It Works

Dr Michael Mosley

Dr Michael Mosley is best known for his popular BBC documentaries, books and podcasts, where he explored topics such as intermittent fasting, gut health, exercise, sleep and mental wellbeing.

He wrote a best-selling book on the topic, The Fast Diet, and later developed other variations, such as the Fast 800 and the Fast 10. Here The Carousel health expert James Gleeson exclusively interviewed Dr Mosley about the benefits of intermittent fasting and gave an hour long interview about how to lead a healthier life.

Dr Michael Mosley was interviewed here in 2021. He died three years later in a tragic accident while on holiday in Greece with family and friends.
