INGREDIENTS
30 g coconut flour
12 g protein powder
2 tbsp psyllium husks
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
30 g dried apple, chopped
30 g pitted dates, chopped
1 1/2 level tsp honey
METHOD
1 Add ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined. Divide the mixture into 3 and roll into balls. Serve or refrigerate to eat later.
