INGREDIENTS
2 tbsps of ricotta cheese (reduced fat)
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
2 slices of multigrain bread
2 figs, sliced
1 tsp of honey
METHOD
1 In a small bowl, mix the ricotta and cinnamon together.
2 Place the bread in toaster and cook to your liking.
3 Spread the ricotta over bread evenly then top with sliced fig.
4 Drizzle honey over toast then enjoy!
