Patrick Estate Riesling is actually a beautiful blend of two unique vineyards in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. The Coonawarra component adds the citrus acidity and lime flavour, while the Wrattonbully adds a lovely floral lift. The aroma is intense, showing lime blossom and citrus freshness. The palate is vibrant with good balanced and crisp and clean acidity.
