Starting Impressed Juices…

I met the Impressed Juices team through a mutual friend and started the conversation about co- creating a juice from there. I’m really proud to be working with the Impressed team – it’s exciting being able to help develop a delicious range of juices that is improving the health of people and supporting our local farmers with their fresh Aussie produce.

My favourite flavour…
My favourite flavour is Ginger Ninja, I could drink this baby forever! I think carrot and ginger is a match made in heaven, the combination of the flavours is delicious and I think the ingredients we put into our juices taste so much better because of the cold pressing technique and sourcing ingredients from local farms.

Juicing at home…

I have a cold pressed juicer at home to make my own juices when I have no Impressed Juices bottles left in the fridge. I also like to make smoothies to drink on the run. One of my favourites is coconut milk, frozen mango, banana, turmeric & cinnamon – incredibly refreshing coming into summer.

My skincare routine…

I like to keep my skin as clean as possible to avoid blocked pores. I remove my makeup as soon as I finish shooting and only wear a mineral powder on my days offs. I’m a big believer in nourishing the skin from the inside out to get a glow. I like to have eight hours of sleep at night, drink 1-2L of water, eat loads of vegetables and do something physical every day! I like the Boots Laboratories Optiva range of cleansers and the Serum 7 day cream at Amcal pharmacies. They work great with my skin and feel amazing.

My favourite makeup products…

My beauty bag essentials are a good mascara, concealer, lip gloss and natural nail polish. I like the ‘Define’ mascara from Colour Theory and also their range of nail polishes are gorgeous and last a long time. I use a YSL concealer on any problem areas.

My fitness routine…

I’m a big believer in letting my body tell me what it needs. Some days I feel more energetic than others so I’ll do a high intensity workout at the gym, other days I’m in the mood for a yoga session. I like doing something physical every day. Dancing is also a new found love for me. My husband has been teaching me since we met on Dancing with the Stars and I love being able to share that time with him on the dance floor.

My diet…

I love feeling amazing so I know a huge part of that is eating clean, healthy food. I try to eat food as close to its natural state as possible so there are lots of fruits, vegetables and protein sources in my fridge. I also believe everything in moderation is key. I love my treats (usually dark chocolate or sweet potato fries) but don’t have them all the time.

My vice…

I used to love a lot of sweet items as treats before I met my husband but now I enjoy things like good quality pizza, or gourmet burgers with him!
