Having visited Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary many times, I am thrilled that I can continue to enjoy the meditations and wellness sessions online. Even though social distancing has made it difficult to do some of the things we love the most, it’s really important to work on our mental health.

The Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary has introduced the ‘Wellness Series’ – a number of scheduled live sessions on Facebook and YouTube including cooking classes, stretching tutorials and meditation for those at home to follow along.

The weekly sessions started with 30 minute Mindfulness, Pranayama Breathing and Meditations with Kamalaya’s Life Enhancement Mentors with the goal of putting people at ease and in a relaxed state during this particularly stressful time.

Alongside guided meditations, people can also get nutritional advice from cooking classes and tune into fitness classes right from their homes.

The live videos stream on Kamalaya’s Facebook and Instagram at 15:00hrs Thailand time (18:00hrs AEST) and there are a series of recorded ones available.

Upcoming sessions include:

  • THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE – PART 2 (With TCM Practitioner Bernie) – May 15
  • THE BENEFITS OF SUN & MOON SALUTATION YOGA SEQUENCES (With Yoga Teacher & Mentor, Jyoti) – May 19
  • THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE – PART 3 (With TCM Practitioner Bernie) – May 22
Rajesh, Smitha and Sujay – Kamalaya’s spiritual life coaches from Kamalaya

If you missed out on the previous live sessions, no need to worry, you can catch up on meditation sessions, recipes and breathing exercises. Click here to rewatch the ones you missed.
