Unlucky-in-love Clare Verrall has let fly on the new season of Married At First Sight.
For those needing a refresher, Clare was on the last series of the reality show but suffered a nasty split with ‘husband’ Jono Pitman not long after walking down the aisle.
The 32-year-old property management consultant has been commenting on the new line-up regularly on her Twitter account but really got a second wind shortly after the finale.
Among her many sprays, Clare says “Channel Nine should be ashamed” of the “manufactured drama”.
Clare, who says her contract with Nine has now ended, claimed that there was no three-month catch-up between the remaining couples to decide if they would continue their relationship.
“Many of them have new partners and can’t wait to move on,” she tweeted.
Clare vowed to “never watch the life ruining trash TV ever again,” calling Nine’s grab for ratings “pathetic”.
“If nine is not going to follow up & just pretend it’s all fine I’m here with the truth bombs!’ She write.
“They like to brush failures under the rug. I don’t do that..
“Every time I speak the truth, even out of contract I receive threatening legal letters from 9.”
After talking about the couples, Clare then moved on to her own season and claimed the process isn’t as legitimate as it seems.
“The “experts” don’t make the matches, the executive producer does. There is no psychology behind these matches at all,’ Clare wrote, before sharing a picture of one of the experts, John Aiken, posing by the TV.
But she did later apologise to her 700 or so Twitter followers if her rants had ruined the finale.
