What you’ll do:
Ensure you’re body and joints are warmed up and prepared for these movements, positions and weight bearing activities.
- Ski jumps x 16
- Side to side jumps x 16
- Forward and back jumps x 16
- Squat jumps x 8
Catch your breath and repeat as many times as you like.
