INGREDIENTS
1 green apple, cored and cubed
75gr oats
50gr almonds (or other nuts)
2 tbsp cacao
1tbs/1 scoop protein powder/ whey isolate
2 raw eggs, free range
2 tbsp yogurt
METHOD
1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve.
