Which is why she loves this simple recipe of warm, sourdough Nutella Toast topped with the classic creamy hazelnut spread and garnished with juicy strawberries, tangy passionfruit, and a sprinkle of fresh mint
INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)
- 1 slice sourdough toast
- 15g (1 Tbsp) Nutella
- 3–4 strawberries, sliced
- Pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit
- Mint leaves, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, combine the strawberries, passionfruit pulp, and mint.
2. Toast the sourdough and transfer to a plate.
3. Spread Nutella over the warm toast, then top with the fruit mixture. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
