Healthy Almond & Passionfruit Oats

INGREDIENTS

14 g rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
8 g slivered almonds
 x 170g can passionfruit pulp
18 g protein powder

METHOD

1 Place oats and almond milk into a saucepan over medium heat. Continue to stir until oats are cooked and fluffy. If the oats become too dry while cooking add water.  
2 Place cooked oats into a small bowl. Add the slivered almonds and protein powder. Mix well. Top with passionfruit pulp. Serve and enjoy.
