Cranberry Orange Scones

INGREDIENTS 
300 g /2 cups flour
100 g sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Zest from 1 orange
100 g butter, cut into smaller pieces
1 large egg
100 ml / 0.42 cup yoghurt
25 ml / 0.10 cup milk
250 ml / 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

METHOD
Heat oven to 200°C (390F)
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and orange zest in a large bowl.
Mix in butter using paddle attachment or a food processor until crumbly.
4 Mix egg, yoghurt and milk in a small bowl, then add mixture to the dough. Work the dough until it comes together.
5 Add cranberries. Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners or baking paper and scoop dough using an ice cream scoop. Divide dough between 9-10 liners.
6 Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
