INGREDIENTS
1 tbs Blackmores Wild Blueberry Blend
1 tbs Blackmores Coconut Water
1 cup quinoa porridge
260 g natural yoghurt
1 Lemon Rind
2 tbs shredded coconut
1 bunch lemon thyme
1 tbs goji berries
METHOD
1 To serve, combine Blackmores Wild Blueberry Blend, Blackmores Coconut Water with the quinoa porridge base, natural yoghurt, lemon rind, shredded coconut, lemon thyme and goji berries.
