Six Quick Breakfasts Jessica Sepel Has on Repeat

Author and founder of the JSHealth wellness empire, Jessica Sepel is all about nourishing the body from the inside out. And, for her, mornings marked by quick breakfasts are a sacred time to set the tone for the day ahead.

“I always make sure to switch off all technology by 8:30pm the night before and I continue this into the morning – so no checking of social media, texts or emails – until after I’ve been awake for at least 30-40 minutes,” says Jessica.

Her other AM rituals include deep belly breaths, gratitude, movement and, of course, a nourishing meal. “When it comes to my first meal of the day, I like to keep things simple, delicious and packed with nutrients, but variety is key for me,” she says.

Which is why these healthy, simple, delicious and quick breakfasts below are on high-rotation in her kitchen.

“These breakfasts are my staples, says Jessica. “But I’m always experimenting with new ideas to keep mornings exciting. Starting your day with an energising, delicious breakfast is truly such an act of self-love. Enjoy!

Jessica Sepel shares the six quick, delicious healthy recipes she has on repeat

1. JSHealth Protein Smoothies

Protein smoothies are my go-to for busy mornings. Packed with JSHealth Protein + Probiotics, fibre and antioxidants I love blending up a nourishing powerhouse in a glass. You can find some of my favourite recipes here.

2. Avocado, Cheese, Tomato and Eggs on Toast

A classic Jessica Sepel Breakfast features a balanced combo of carbs, protein and fats. ” I love mixing it up with these toppings. Endless combos, are always satisfying! I adore making it with seed bread too.”

3. JSHealth No Grain Porridge

This is an OG JSHealth recipe that’s so filling and delicious! I love adding a sprinkle of cinnamon and topping it with fresh berries or warm apples.

4. Yoghurt with Mixed Berries and Mum’s Seed Mix

A wholesome bowl of creamy yoghurt topped with antioxidant-rich berries and my mum’s famous homemade seed mix for crunch.

5. Peanut Butter with a Drizzle of Honey

Because some mornings call for simplicity – just peanut butter on toast with a little honey or jam for sweetness.

6. Cereal with Fresh Fruit

Finally, when I’m on the go, a simple bowl of cereal with a handful of fresh fruit does the trick.
