Jupiter collides with Venus in the flamboyant sign of Leo from June 30 – July 2 and that spells New Year’s Eve in nature fireworks! Jupiter is the planet of luck, expansion, travel and philosophy so those who are single may become attracted to someone with a big Jupitarian personality (possibly a Sagittarius), an exotic stranger from overseas or perhaps a person from a completely different and intriguing walk of life.
For those in committed relationships this swashbuckling combination will inspire you to infuse your love life with more adventure – I’m not referring to a frosty, hike-prepping spree at Kathmandu but more along the cheesy lines of making love in a hammock, swinging from … well, a swing, and getting up to all manner of crazy clandestine stuff in the presence of others that are none the wiser!
On a less physical level, the combination of abundance and love will make you more open and playful, bringing enthusiasm and generosity to your union.
Many of you will see your partners in a different light accepting, even appreciating their foibles and loving them for who they are. You’re also more likely to have a meeting of minds and discuss both of your beliefs and values with passion and interest.
On the down side though, the extravagance of this combination can raise your expectations, particularly if you’re single or in the early stages of romance, to a rather unrealistic level, and if roses, gem stones and luxe nights out aren’t forthcoming you may be prone to pouting or become restless and on the lookout for the next big thing. This sort of VIP new love simply can’t be sustained without a large degree of superficiality.
While you should never settle for the ho-hum, maintain your perspective and add your own brand of pizzazz to make a good thing shiny and wonderful again!
