INGREDIENTS
45ml Tequila Blu
6-8 fresh mint leaves
4 fresh lime wedges
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
2 dashes of cardamom bitters
Dash of soda water
METHOD
1 Muddle limes and vanilla sugar in tall cocktail glass.
2 Add Tequila Blu, bitters, mint and a scoop of crushed ice. Churn well.
3 Add soda water and fill glass to rim with additional crushed ice Garnish with mint.
