Biggest Loser Trainer Tiffiny Hall Announces First Pregnancy

Biggest Loser Australia trainer Tiffiny Hall has announced that she and actor husband Ed Kavalee, are expecting their first child.

Usually flaunting rock hard abs on the hit reality show, the 32-year-old was sporting a much rounder figure as she and Ed took to social media to share their baby joy.

“Ed and I are thrilled to be expecting our first baby. We can’t wait to meet little Kavalee,” she wrote to Instagram alongside a gorgeous picture of the pair who posed with their hands wrapped around Tiffiny’s belly.

“PS to all the ninjas on my TIFFXO program, it won’t change a bit. I’ll still be training you with bub and I have plenty of videos I prepared for you earlier,” she reassured clients who have signed up to her online program.

The blonde beauty’s 41,000 followers were quick to congratulate the smitten couple, who tied the knot in 2014.

“So so so happy for you both. Am sure baby is already doing some awesome ninja kicks,” one fan commented, while another said, “Congrats @tiffhall_xo so happy for you both! I’m sure u will be a wonderful mum”.

Tiffiny – who recently covered Women’s Health and Fitness magazine – enjoyed a belated honeymoon through Europe with Ed.

The pair celebrated their wedding in 2014 in locations including France and London.

They also spent New Year’s in New York.

Just last month, Tiffiny shared some tips for losing weight to News Corp and shedding those last five kilos.

She said drinking water over calorie-ridden drinks is important.

“The idea is not to drink your calories but to eat them (because we all know eating speeds up the good ‘ol metabolism through the processes of digestion as drinking our calories does not),” she said.

About the morning drink she added: “Don’t start with a 200 calorie latte. Swap for a green juice, a vitamin hit juice or a smoothie.”
