Myer Melbourne

Santa’s been perching his plump self in the Myer Melbourne store windows for a whopping 59 years and delighted children throughout the generations. The 2014 theme sees Santa Claus and the Three Bears amidst a magical storyline with wonderful characters and animations. The story follows Pappa Bear, Mamma Bear, and Baby Bear with the three bears taking a walk while their Christmas pudding, just served by Mamma Bear, cools down. Meanwhile, Santa arrives at the bears’ house to deliver their presents. He is immediately tempted by the pudding, (and just like Goldilocks), Santa tries all three and eats all of Baby Bear’s pudding. You’ll never guess what happens next… Follow the story at Myer Christmas Windows, 314-336 Bourke Street Mall, then head up to level six of for Santaland. Free exhibition open every day, 7.30am – 1am.
