How The Law Of Attraction Can Benefit You

What we put out, so we attract back. This is sometimes called Karma but is universally known as ‘The Law of Attraction’.

This isn’t new; in fact, Buddha stated ‘What you become is what you have thought’. It is even referred to in Proverbs in the Bible ‘As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he’. All thoughts turn into things eventually. If you focus on negative that is what you will attract; if you focus on more positive, this will come to you.

Our subconscious mind is unable to differentiate between real and imagined, therefore, if we imagine something, visualise and feel it, then our subconscious believes it to be real and will work toward achieving this for us. It is that simple. The Law of Attraction dictates that whatever we can imagine in our mind’s eye, this is where we will gravitate towards.

Have you ever felt a sniffle and said to yourself ‘great, I am coming down with the flu’, then woke up with the flu the following morning? Many of us do exactly that. What if instead, you said to yourself, ‘this annoying sniffle will be gone by tomorrow, I will sleep tonight and my body will fight and repair and I will wake up clear and feel energetic’. Try this; it works amazingly well. In fact, I can confidently say I have not had the flu or cold in over 25 years using this positive self-talk because we can attract health, wellness and energy.

We, humans, are like magnets, what we send out we attract back. It is that simple.

Unfortunately, so many of us remain unaware of the potential that is locked deep within us. Consequently, it becomes habitual to ignore our thoughts and emotions which can send out wrong messages and attract unwanted emotions and events into our life.

Discovering the Law of Attraction is at work within your life should be a cause for celebration! Once the power of attraction is understood by you, it is no longer a secret. When you learn how to effectively use the law of attraction, your entire future is available to create and shape how you desire and choose it to be.

We need to ensure we attract the best toward us and focus on the positive. To visualise, feel and hear it as real. To focus on what we want and move toward that rather than focus on where we are currently stuck, as we tend to stay there. Humans are great at staying in their stuck state, and this is where we often remain. By simply retraining our brain and mind to think, visualise and feel more positive toward the outcome and desire we want, creates movement toward that.

Remember there is no advantage on becoming stuck on your book of life page as this prevents you from finishing all chapters. You are in control of what the finished book could look like. Take charge of your life and free yourself forever from the series of worry, negativity and fear which holds you back. You then understand the incredible possibilities that life has to offer.
