Navigating your way through life can be a windy road at times. We’re always learning new things but when life gets heavy, it’s hard to know which path to take.
For some of you, logic just seems to be a natural skill, you’re strategic in how you see yourself in the world. It’s easy for your mind to push through difficult situations and step into a more balance realm. Your knowing mind is leading you all the way.
For others, emotions are what drives your passions and feeling a connection to life and others is your motivating force, your skill in life is. Moving your way through different feelings and what some might say… ‘intuition is the balance in your world’.
Then we have those that have that physical grunt. You’re able to work through things by sheer physical energy. You can push your body to amazing limits that exhaust the rest of us just by thinking of it and you appear to have a good gut instinct with your life.
Then there are times you know what you want, and you have the physical energy to follow through on it, but your emotions are getting overwhelmed or, your emotions are in check and your body seems to be dragging their feet and you just can’t find your momentum. Perhaps you know something needs to change but for the life of you, can’t make that decision of which way to go.
Just by knowing how you steer yourself through the journey of life (enhances this skill even further) isn’t always enough. So, what happens when it’s not working for you anymore?
This is where a Life Coach comes into play. When working with clients, I’m always listening and observing for incongruencies between their thoughts, feelings and physical body. At times the signals are so subtle that they’re not even aware of them, and here’s where we begin to play. One of my methods is to bring alignment between these three key areas so you’re able to move forward in union and as a force.
Each skilled Life Coach will have their own style and method in how they work with you. Finding the right coach to work with can take just a bit of research but it’s so worth it in the end. A couple quick chats on the phone and you’ll hone in on the right person.
It doesn’t matter whether your goals are personal, or career orientated. To develop new skills in how you manage and relate to all areas in your life is just finding different strategies that support and work for you now. You are the key here and everything is revolving around you and your world.
Remember, a Life Coach is here for you, to listen, to hear and help you unravel the road before you, with a strategy that helps you navigate your true desires and goals. Coaching turns on the bright street lights, so you can see; in what otherwise may have seemed like an endless dark road before.
