Cook with coconut oil
Swap your regular cooking oil for virgin coconut oil. It will add a delicious tropical taste to your food and is affordable, completely natural and contains healthy fatty acids. Drink unsweetened almond milk rather than cow’s milk

Buy yourself a nice water bottle. This encourages you to drink more water, which is always a MUST. But if you have your own water bottle you can add different fruits for flavoring such as slices of lemon or cucumber and mint. It will make your water taste better and also adds extra vitamins and nutrients into your daily diet at the same time.
