Crawl on the grass and don’t let your knees touch the ground
2. Lawn lunges
Take big steps with the back knee lunging down. Keep your balance and add some weight if you can.
3. Garden house battle
With your feet shoulder-width apart and bent knees, ripple the hose as fast as you can.
4. Power pushups
Keeping your body straight and strong with your hands on the grass, pump out as many push-ups as you can.
5. Grass shuttles
Run short, sharp sprints back and forth (throw in some obstacles if you like).
