On The 1st Day Of Christmas The Carousel Gave To Me… A Tight Tummy!

Women come to me with requests of a tight tummy more than any other muscle group.

Many of us struggle to get our desired flat stomach especially after having babies. But there are so many other reasons apart from the visual to work your tummy muscles. A strong core helps you stand up straighter (and therefor look slimmer), prevents injuries and helps you out in so many every day activities including lifting.

What you’ll do:

Ensure you’re body and joints are warmed up and ready for these movements, positions and weight bearing activities.

  • Knee to elbow kneeling rocks x 4 (left leg)
  • Hover cross body single leg mountain climbers x 4 (left leg)
  • Knee to elbow kneeling rocks x 4 (right leg)
  • Hover cross body single leg mountain climbers x 4 (right leg)
  • Plank with double knee drops x 8
  • Plank with alternating knee drops x 16

Repeat as many times as you like.
