On The 2nd Day Of Christmas The Carousel Gave To Me… Lean Legs!

Make these leg exercises a part of your day and you will not only receive strong, lean legs but a better midriff too.

Your core is forced to work to keep you stable, which also works on improving your balance. As you get older, you’ll be thanking me for these exercises!

What you’ll do:

Ensure you’re body and joints are warmed up and ready for these movements, positions and weight bearing exercises.

  • Lunge back with forward kick x 8 (right leg)
  • Lunge back with forward kick x 8 (left leg)
  • Squat with side kick x 8 (right leg)
  • Squat with side kick x 8 (left leg)
  • Kneeling hip raises with punches x 8

Repeat as many times as you like.
