These exercises will also give you well defined, tones arms and shoulders to help you look fitter and stand taller.

What you’ll do:

Ensure your body and joints are warmed up and prepared for these movements, positions and weight bearing activities.

  • Chair mountain climbers x 8
  • Dips with kicks x 8
  • Chair modified push ups x 8
  • Chair hover cross kicks x 8

Repeat as many times as you like.
