The Ultimate At Home Workout You Can Do Without Leaving The Floor

Try this ultimate at home workout routine specially designed by fitness expert Ben Lucas.

It can be easy to get lazy while stuck in a lengthy lockdown, but even if you feel the need to stay horizontal, there are still exercises that you can do.

Try this workout.

Part 1- Abs

16 x sit-ups

16 x sit up with your knees up and bent at 90 degrees

16 x sit-ups with your legs straight up in the air. Pulse up towards your feet

16 x side crunch- bend your knees to the side and start crunching up ensuring you get some tension in your obliques

16 x side crunch to the other side

16 x Russian twists

16 x bicycle crunches

Repeat 2-3 times

Part 2- legs

For this section, you will do all the exercises on one side, and then flip over to the other side

16 x clams, lie on your side with your legs at 90 degrees, and lift the top knee up and down, keeping the ones touching. Your leg will open into a diamond shape

16 x Knee to knee, toe to toe

16 x in and outs, so pull your knee into your chest and then push it back to straight

16 x leg lift and lowers

30 x glute bridges

Swap sides

Then repeat 2-3 times
