Serves 2 (about 75ml each)
INGREDIENTS
(125ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
grated 1cm (1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger
2 teaspoons manuka honey
grated 1cm (1/2-inch) piece fresh turmeric
METHOD
1 Whisk freshly squeezed orange juice with grated piece fresh ginger, manuka honey and grated piece of fresh turmeric in a small jug until combined.
2 Pour into serving glasses or bottles.
