Upgrade Your Espresso Martini With this Vietnamese Iced Coffee Version

Hidden hole-in-the-wall Vinabar is serving up some seriously cool Summer cocktails in the heart of the Harbour City. Venue manager Tony Yang has drawn on his own cultural experiences and memories when crafting the new drinks menu, aiming to blend flavours of nostalgia with a contemporary twist. For those who aren’t Sydney-side, or just want a delicious drink that works as well in bar as it does backyard BBQ, this recipe for Vinabar’s Vietnamese Iced Coffee Martini (aka the Ca Phe Martini) is an excellent option!
