The Perfect Spring Time Guacamole
When you fancy a holiday you won’t have to go far to experience a break when you pair Tyrrells Sea Salt and Cider Vinegar and fresh Guacamole.
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
1 red onion
1 lime
1 ripened tomato
METHOD
To make up this grub, mash together a couple of ripe avocados, a handful of finely chopped red onion a spot of fresh lime juice and one ripened tomato.

1 lemon
sour cream
METHOD
Simply mix in some plain yoghurt, grated cucumber, a touch of salt, chopped dill a clove of garlic and freshen it up with some lemon juice and finish with a dollop of sour cream. It’s nothing but easy peasy!

Sour cream
1 green onion
100g Blue cheese
METHOD
1 Take a spot of mayonnaise, some sour cream, green onions (finely chopped) and about 100 grams of blue cheese – mix them all together splendidly. Place in the fridge to set and Bob’s your Uncle!
