Gooree Park Winery and Stud spreads across acres of some of the most beautiful country in New South Wales. But it’s not just known for the prize-winning wines and champion racehorses – the beef raised at the property is renowned for its quality as well.
In this video Lyndey Milan pays tribute to the man who has owned this stunning property for three decades. Mr Cojuangco is from the Philippines, so she’s prepared a classic dish Bistek, using Gooree Park Wagyu, but incorporating a Filipino twist which, we’re sure he would love.
In this dish, Lyndey uses the juice of Kalamansi Lemons in both the marinade and the salad dressing; and although they’re native to the Philippines, she’s using ones grown at Gooree Park.
Check out all Lyndey’s tips on how to blend the Filipino and Gooree Park flavours in one delicious dish.
Have you tried Kalamansi Lemons in a dish yourself? Give us your recipe in the comments section below.
