30mls Appleton 8YO
20mls Havana Club Blanco
15mls Cointreau
15ml lime juice
30ml grapefruit juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1tsp sugar
1 dash Absinth/Pernod (optional)
METHOD
1 Shake with ice and strain into a double rocks glass full of ice (crushed if you have it).
2 Garnish with four large mint sprigs
