It is easy to become addicted to these truffles. They are incredibly healthy and can become a staple in your fridge for when you want to indulge yourself!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dates
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp. cacao nibs
2 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
5 drops wild orange essential oil
(I use Doterra, I highly recommend investing in a bottle – this product is magic in the kitchen!)
METHOD
1 Add dates, cashews, cacao, desiccated coconut & nibs to your food processor and blend.
2 Add coconut oil & essential oil and process again.
3 Roll into bite size balls and place on baking paper on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
4 Serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy!
