INGREDIENTS
2 thick slices wholemeal bread
2 tbsp extra light cream cheese spread
1/4 tbsp mashed avocado
METHOD
1 Spread the toasted bread slices with cream cheese and mashed avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
