1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup
METHOD
1 Combine the peanut butter, cacao, maple syrup and milk together until smooth. 2 Add in the oats and serve warm by stirring over a medium heat on the stove top. Alternatively, place in an airtight jar
