The Stenmark Smoothie includes an apple, avocado, cacao, spinach or kale raw sugar, almond milk and ginger for ‘the extra kick’.

INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 an avocado
1⁄2 tbs shredded coconut
1 handful spinach
1 tbs superfood blend powder
1⁄2 cup coconut milk
1 1⁄2 bananas
7 ice cubes
METHOD
1 Blitz all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is achieved.
