She teamed up with video channel Bosh! to show how to make them.

While some of the ingredients might involve a trip to a health food shop, plenty are available in supermarkets.

Ingredients

  • 90g (1 cup) gluten-free oats or jumbo rolled oats
  • 90g (1 cup) pumpkin seed protein powder
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (any nut butter will also do)
  • 80ml (2.7 fl oz) agave syrup (maple syrup also works)
  • Dark chocolate chips (or try a broken-up 70% dark chocolate bar)
  • 200ml (6.7 fl oz) hazelnut milk (any plant milk will do)

Method

  1. Put the oats, protein powder, peanut butter, agave syrup, half the dark chocolate chips & hazelnut milk in a food processor & blend to a paste
  2. Put small, flat balls of the mix on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  3. Push a few chocolate chips into the centre of each small, flat ball of mixture
  4. Put a ‘lid’ of mixture on each base
  5. Push a little chocolate chip in to the top of each cookie
  6. Bake at 200℃ (392℉) for 20 minutes
  7. Take out of the oven, wait for them to cool down a little
