I love this idea for barbeques or kids parties!
It’s another no bake ‘cake’ idea that you can make a week or so in advance and store in the freezer until it’s required.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 L Good quality Strawberry Ice cream
1/2 L Good quality Vanilla Ice cream
1/2 L Good quality Chocolate Ice cream
Melted chocolate
Sprinkles / Nuts
Make sure that you use good quality ice cream here as lower quality ice cream contains more water and gets ‘icey’ when softened and refrozen.
