From The King in the North’s bratty little sister to red-carpet Queen Sophie Turner’s glow up has been one of the greatest in television history. Here is a roundup of her best and boldest beauty looks.

Darkness Has Fallen

Win or die there is no middle ground when it comes to a black smokey eye and nobody knows this better than Sophie Turner’s makeup Aussie MUA Georgie Eisdell. Pulling off a full-black smokey eye when you’re fair complected isn’t easy (any time I have tried I’ve ended up more Black-Swan than screen-siren) but Turner’s sheer skin, just-bitten pink lips, and flushed cheeks keep the look fresh. Notably raw brows, set with a little clear gel add to the edginess of the look without overloading the eye area.

Sculptural

“>“>” data-instgrm-version=”12″ style=” background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% – 2px); width:calc(100% – 2px);”>

Slightly less rock n’ roll, slightly more Hollywood glam this sculptural eye used steely Winterfell colours to complement Turner’s icy beauty. Cool tones can be tricky to work with but this look was perfectly balanced by bronzed, sculpted cheekbones and a peach-nude pout. A slightly more polished brow frames the intricate eye-work perfectly.

Pair Up

“>“>” data-instgrm-version=”12″ style=” background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% – 2px); width:calc(100% – 2px);”>

Ned Stark might be rolling in his grave seeing all that Lannister-red but even he would be charmed by this sister-act. Turner and her on-screen little sister, off-screen best friend Maisie Williams showed the world that the ladies of Winterfell are not afraid to coordinate their beauty looks when they both rocked power pouts and bare lids at the 2017 SAG Awards.

Slicked Hair Don’t Care

“>“>” data-instgrm-version=”12″ style=” background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% – 2px); width:calc(100% – 2px);”>

Turner channeled full Queen in the North energy for Louis Vuitton’s 2017 Paris Fashion Week runway. We love how she balanced military leather and furs with swept back, ballerina hair, baby pink lips, and spikey lashes.

Accessorise, Accessorise

“>“>” data-instgrm-version=”12″ style=” background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% – 2px); width:calc(100% – 2px);”>

We love a girl who’s not afraid of a costume and we love a girl who’s not afraid to accessorise – especially when it’s with a Jonas brother! Sophie Turner is rarely seen without her fiance Joe Jonas. The two paired up last Halloween for a super-glam rendition of a famous TV family outside of the Game of Thrones Universe. Morticia would be proud.

Skincare is your friend.

No amount of makeup can hide dehydrated skin – that’s how the saying goes right? Maybe not, but Sophie Turner is the last person to let the chill northern winds get to her complexion. We know we’ll be popping on a sheet mask when we watch the season premiere tonight!
