We’ve known her for so long as a blonde, Carrie Bickmore was the news on The Project this week when she revealed her gorgeous new brunette locks.
Australia’s golden girl admits it’s the first time she’s changed her hair colour dramatically for 16 years.
“As soon as I did it, I knew immediately I liked it,” she said.
“I feel like a different person, I’m quite excited. I think for women it’s a big thing to change your hair colour, and for a drastic change it takes a bit of guts.
“Now that I’ve done it, I think everyone should give it a crack.”
Carrie died her hair to star in a new campaign for Garnier NUTRISSE, which includes billboards, print ads and a TV commercial.
“I think women crave a transformation with the change in season, we want to experiment with our look,” adds the Garnier ambassador.
“A fresh, new colour can be just the fix. If you have limited time to spend on your hair, being able to achieve great results at home is perfect.”
According to L’Oréal, 56% of women change their hair with the change of season and 49% of women opt out of colouring their hair at a salon because it’s too expensive.
There are 23 naturally tempting shades in the NUTRISSE range. Carrie made the switch to NUTRISSE 6 Acorn during the filming of the TV commercial for the new range.
Garnier NUTRISSE promises a long-lasting natural result that you can achieve at home, with all the radiance and vibrancy you’d expect from a salon.
Its cream formula is enriched with fruit and avocado oils, nourishing whilst it colours, because nourished hair means better colour.
