The Dupe “Donut Glaze” Lip Gloss Breaking The Internet

Gosh, we love a good beauty dupe! What’s not to adore about a stocked-at-the-supermarket skin care range that’s same, same, but different (price) when compared to a three-figure version? So, when we heard that Designer Brands Cosmetics was coming at us with a new inspired-by drop, we were lip (locked), loaded and ready. And, now 24 hours into this very scientific experiment of trialling and testing, we can confirm that the DB Who’s The Gloss Hydrating Lip Tint really is worth the hype.

Inspired by the cult-favourite Ultra Violette Sheen Screen, Who’s The Gloss lip tint gives your pout a just polished-off-a-dozen-krispy-kremes glaze. Without breaking your daily macro allowance. Or budget. In fact, at just $14.99, it sits at half the price of the luxe version. And, is almost as affordable as a matcha latte to accompany aforementioned donuts.

While Who’s The Gloss’s glowy finish is easy enough to spot on your favourite influencers’ Insta story, credit also needs to go to its not-necessarily-hashtagged, but still excellent features. Like a lip-smackingly high Sun Protection Factor (SPF 50 to be precise). And, hydrating features – courtesy of a generous dollop of Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.

Rightfully acknowledging that every good lip gloss needs an accompanying lip liner, DB Cosmetics have announced that they will be rolling out the On The Double Dual-Ended Lip Liner in shades Sugar & Spice – inspired by the viral MAC Cosmetics lip liners.

So, tuck into those pastries and watch this space …
