In 2016 Bonds is celebrating the unique way Aussie dads capture their bubs’ memorable moments, which are often hilarious and unexpected.
To help the push for special father-baby moments, the brand has enlisted the help of radio personalities and avid Insta-Dads, Ryan Fitzgerald (aka Fitzy) and Dave Hughes (Hughesy), who have teamed with long-standing Bonds’ ambassador Pat Rafter.
The trio of new dads star in this hilarious new House Husbands’ inspired video from Australian film director Jeremy Sims [Last Cab To Darwin].
Pat calls the boys and their bubs over to watch the cricket with him and daughter Maya while the ‘Mrs’ is away.
“Let’s get this party started,” says Hughsey as he arrives with young Nash.
The dads kick off the celebration by seating their children around the lunch table – with a tarp strategically placed underneath, of course.
“She can eat that off the tarp,” says Fitzy when Ruby dumps her lunch on the floor.
“I eat off the tarp all the time,” Hughsey fires back.
But the boys really show their initiative when it comes to ‘clean-up’ by hosing down the tarp on the clothesline and their children at the same time.
“Who says men can’t multi-task,” demands Hughsey.
Bonds is also encouraging Mums and families to take part and share their favourite, cheeky moments with Australia by entering them into the Bonds Baby Search.
Every year, Bonds looks for babies with character, individuality and charm to become the next new little faces of their brand.
This year, for the first time ever, they’ve added a video category, plus the chance for one baby to star in a Bonds TV ad!
There are three age categories – 0-6 months, 7-18 months, and 19 months-3 years – and entries close on March 2.
Winners will be announced on March 24.
