INGREDIENTS
120 ml ice cubes
40 g fresh mango chunks
15 g fresh spinach or kale
2 fresh basil leaves
75 g cucumber, quartered
75 g green grapes
60 ml water
METHOD
1 Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend for 30 to 35 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
