Chocolate, Banana & Berry Frappe – A Healthy Treat

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen ripe banana
I cup frozen mixed berries
2 tb organic raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
1 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
4 tinned prunes (or 1/3 cup prune juice)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder or cocoa powder

METHOD

1 Blend all ingredients in a blender and use prunes or juice to sweeten to taste. Makes x 2 serves.
