Looking for a fun, delicious way to cool down the kids – or yourself – this Veganuary or school holiday season? These Blueberry Choc-Bite Vegan Ice Blocks are the ultimate freezer-friendly treat. Packed with juicy blueberries, pockets of chocolatey crunch, and a creamy yoghurt base, they’re as playful as they are tasty. Quick to make, naturally colourful, and completely irresistible, these ice blocks are bound to disappear fast – so be ready to make seconds!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Goodness Kitchen Blueberry Choc Bites
  • 1 cup dairy free vanilla yoghurt (or regular if preferred)
  • ½ cup apple juice or coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice block / popsicle moulds + sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the Blueberry Choc Bites roughly into halves or quarters – each bite gives pockets of chocolatey crunch and juicy blueberries.
  2. In a jug, mix the yoghurt with juice and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Divide the chopped Blueberry Choc Bites between the ice-block moulds.
  4. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the moulds, gently tapping to remove bubbles.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  6. To serve, run moulds under warm water for a few seconds and pop out the ice blocks.
