Two icons of the food and beverage world – Nespresso and Sundays Bondi Bakery – recently teamed up to drop an indulgent new coffee menu at an immersive Vertuo Morning World pop-up, featuring dreamy creations inspired by cafe-style treats and viral bakery flavours.

INGREDIENTS
60g white chocolate
20 mL strawberry syrup
100 mL thickened cream
80 mL Nespresso White Chocolate and Strawberry Capsule
10 x ice cubes (300g)
70 mL of your preferred milk
15 mL condensed milk
Crushed freeze dried strawberries, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Strawberry White Chocolate Cloud
- Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
- In a bowl or jug, combine the melted white chocolate, strawberry syrup, and cream.
- Using the Nespresso NanoFoamer, whisk until thickened and cloud-like but still pourable. Set aside.
Prepare the Iced latte
- Add the condensed milk to the bottom of a tall glass.
- Extract the White Chocolate & Strawberry capsule as an 80 mL double espresso using the
coffee creations mode on yourVertuo machine, allow coffee to pour directly over the con
densed milk. Stir well. - Fill the glass to the top with ice, then pour in the milk.
Assemble
- Slowly pour the strawberry white chocolate cloud over the top ofthe drink.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed freeze dried strawberries in the centre of the drink.
Serve immediately with a spoon.
