When it comes to smoothies there are endless choices. What do movie stars and supermodels throw into their blender? When celebrity trainer Sinclair Fischer-Gray worked with Miranda Kerr, he regularly included a whole lot of coconut and a few magic ingredients.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!The base for this smoothie is three tablespoons of raw, unsweetened organic yoghurt (opt for coconut yoghurt if you can’t tolerate dairy). Add a handful of organic blueberries, raspberries or strawberries and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Place all the ingredients in blender and blend for a perfect breakfast. Don’t worry about measuring out the ingredients, you can’t really go wrong
