Why Mindful Eating Can Help You Run Faster

1.Flex your social confidence- Rather than waiting for the right time to approach someone or check if they’re single. Just OPEN your mouth and talk to people, everybody wants to be noticed rather than being invisible. Don’t let opportunities pass you by, if you see someone you like smile, walk over and open up a conversation.

2. Stay in your lane and date in your league-
Be realistic about what you’re looking for and what you are bringing to the table. Are you wanting more than you have to offer? It is normal to want the best match when you date but having unrealistic expectations prevents you from finding love. Take the Dating Market Value QUIZ here to find out if you are dating in your league

3.Use the three step rule of one;
Dating Apps and online dating have become tools for meeting people. But how you use dating apps impacts your experience. Many people become jaded or overwhelmed by the flurry of swipes or notifications in their inbox. Dating fatigue is real but it doesn’t mean you have to be single. If you want a different outcome on dating apps try using this formula.
1- Choose ONE dating app and delete the rest
2- Focus on one person at a time
3- Find one reason to have a second date

4) Create positive dating experiences-
Plan dates that are fun, lighthearted and in environments you and your date both feel comfortable that way whether you connected on a romantic level or not you still had a great time, made the experience positive and helped reduce first date pressure.

5)Don’t take rejection personally-
When you date there is every chance you are going to be rejected and reject others. Treat rejection as nothing more than personal choice. Allow others the freedom to choose what is right for them without making it about you.

6) No more ghosting-
One of the most common gripes of dating is being ghosted. Practicing healthy dating habits can dramatically improve your attitude to dating and reduce guilt and shame, it never feels good when we hurt others either intentionally or unintentionally. If you struggle to know how to let people down gently download these free No More Ghosting scripts. Cut and paste them or put your own personal touches on them. But no matter how awkward, don’t ghost people! Treat people with kindness and respect. After all, we are all on this journey together and we all have our hidden challenges.

You can have the relationship you want by adopting the best dating habits, no matter your age stage or desired outcome everything starts with a first date. Get the first date right and you can build from there, but get it wrong and you are back to square one.
Which of these dating habits would you be likely to try first?
