Mango, Pineapple & Coconut Almond Milk Smoothie

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk
1 small or 1⁄2 large ripe mango, peeled and flesh choppped
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
handful of ice cubes

METHOD
1 Place all ingredients into a blender.
2 Blend until smooth
and serve.
