Looking for a simple yet satisfying breakfast. Or, dessert that feels indulgent but is secretly wholesome? These Baked Pears with Yoghurt and Granola are just the thing. Soft, caramelised fruit meets creamy Greek yoghurt and a crunchy hit of Amuesly Nutty Crunch Granola for a dish that’s as pretty as it is delicious. Whether you’re entertaining guests or treating yourself to a midweek pick-me-up, this recipe is easy to whip up with just a handful of ingredients – and even easier to devour.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Amuesly Nutty Crunch Granola
150g greek yoghurt
1 pear
1 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the pear in half then scoop out a small hole in the centre.
  2. Pop in the air fryer (or conventional oven) and top with your brown sugar and cinnamon .
  3. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and soft, in the oven for about 20minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, add your yoghurt to a bowl or serving plate then top with your baked pear, Amuesly Nutty Crunch granola & sprinkle with honey then enjoy!
